Dalhia Properties Private Limited is based out of a house in Jammu. Specifically, it is H. No. -12 in Sector-4 of Trikuta Nagar. We like being in a residential area because it feels more personal and less like a cold office building. Jammu can get really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the office stays cool while we work. We have been in Trikuta Nagar for quite a while now. Most people in the sector know where House 12 is. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. It is just a place where we do our business every day. Our work involves a lot of local property stuff, and we talk to a lot of neighbors who are looking for advice or help with their homes. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right. The office is full of maps and folders. It is a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Working in Jammu and Kashmir has its challenges, but we just take things one day at a time. If you are walking around Sector-4, you will probably see us coming and going throughout the day.
