Our facility is located out in Phase 1 of the SIDCO area in Samba. If you are heading towards the Chichi Mata Mandir, you will find us nearby. Cadila Pharmaceutical Ltd has been operating from this spot for a while now. It’s an industrial zone, so don't expect quiet surroundings or manicured gardens. There is usually a lot of dust from the road and the sound of machinery from the neighboring units. We come in early, punch the clock, and get to work on the pharmaceutical side of things. The workers here live mostly in the surrounding areas, and we have a decent routine going. Some of us have been at this site for years, seeing the industrial park grow bit by bit. The temple nearby is a good landmark for anyone trying to find the place for the first time. We don't have a big corporate lobby with leather chairs. Instead, we have labs and production floors that stay busy around the clock. The heat can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we have our ways of managing. Lunch breaks are usually spent in the canteen talking about family or the local cricket scores. It’s a straightforward operation where everyone knows their role. We just try to keep the machines running and the schedules on track without making much of a fuss about it. It is just another day at the plant for us.
