You can find us right above the General Bus Stand in Jammu. Our shop is number ten in Ranbir Market. Being at the bus stand means it’s always loud and crowded, but it works for a travel business. We spend most of our time talking to people coming off buses or looking for their next ride. Btg Travels has been in this spot for some time. It’s not a quiet office with a view, but it’s where the action is. We handle a lot of local trips and long-distance bookings. The stairs up to the shop are a bit steep and sometimes the lighting in the hallway isn't great. Inside, it's mostly just folders and a couple of computers. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls. We are usually busy with the phone ringing or people walking in with questions about timings. Jammu 180016 is a hectic area, especially around the market. We just focus on getting the tickets printed and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We know the regular commuters and the tourists passing through. Sometimes we drink tea while waiting for the next bus to arrive. It’s a simple setup at Ranbir Market. We don't use big words or fancy ads. We just run the shop and help people travel as best as we can. That's us.
