We are based out of Youngoora in Ganderbal, specifically at Mohd Shafi Mircheck’s place. It is a quiet spot, which is honestly how we like it. Bsm Marketing Private Limited isn't some huge office building with glass walls and a fancy lobby. It is just a small space where we get our work done every day. Some of us grew up right around here, so we know the area well. The office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some computers that act up sometimes, and a lot of tea. Marketing can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we just take it one day at a time. We don't really do the whole corporate suit and tie thing. Most days, it's just casual clothes and focusing on whatever project is on the screen. People stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about what we do. We try to be helpful. Ganderbal is a nice place to work, even when the winters get cold and we have to huddle around the heaters. There’s no big secret to how we run things. We just show up, look at the tasks, and try to finish them before the day ends. It’s a job like any other. We’ve been here for a while now and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood.
