Saraswati Plastotech India Pvt. Ltd. is located in Bari Brahmana. We are tucked right behind the spinning mill in the Varachha area. If you’ve ever walked back there, you know it’s a lot of industrial activity. There’s always a hum of machinery in the background. We work with plastics, so the place is filled with molds and raw materials. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but we take pride in what we make. Most of us have been working here for years. We know the machines by their sounds. If one clicks the wrong way, we know it needs a look. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us covered in a bit of dust or carrying a heavy bag. We just get on with it. The spinning mill next door is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Our space is mostly taken up by production, with just a tiny corner for a desk and some files. We eat our lunch together near the back door where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when it’s humid, but the work is steady. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people hear about us through word of mouth in the neighborhood. We just stay focused on the day's tasks and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down.
