Lal Chand Roshan Lal Agro Mills Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 121 in the Birpir Industrial Complex. Being in an industrial complex means there is always a lot of activity and the sound of big trucks moving around. We are an agro mill, so we spend our time processing different materials and keeping the machinery running. It is a busy environment and the mill can get quite loud and dusty. We are just regular people who know how to run a mill. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of people in suits walking around. Most of us are in our work gear and we stay focused on the tasks we have for the day. Birpir is a good location for us because it is built for this kind of work. We don't have any polished marketing slogans. We just try to do our milling work properly and keep the machines in good shape. Our days usually start before the sun comes up and we stay until the work is finished. It is hard work but it is honest, and we have been doing it this way for a long time. We don't try to sound like a big corporate entity. We are just a mill in an industrial park doing what we do best. It is a simple, practical business and we are fine with that.
