My Trip My Events

Our office is up in the North Block of Bahu Plaza. If you find the Andhra Bank, we are just right above it. It’s a well-known spot, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us once they get into the plaza. The office is where we do all the planning for different trips and events. There are always lists of guest names, venue details, or flight timings pinned to the boards. It can get a bit chaotic when an event date is coming up, with phones ringing and people rushing in and out. We have a few desks and some chairs for when clients come to sit and talk through their ideas. It’s not a high-end designer studio; it’s a functional space where we get the planning done. The view from the window looks out over the plaza, which is always busy with people. We drink a lot of coffee to keep going during the long afternoons. Sometimes the printers jam right when we need a contract, and the desks are usually buried under folders. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar with a lot of circles on it. It’s a practical environment for a small team trying to keep everything on track. Being in Bahu Plaza is convenient for us and for anyone coming to see us. We just focus on the details of the next event or trip.
