We are at Shop No. 102-A in Gandhinagar, Jammu, very close to Bansi Mandir. It’s a good spot because people often come by after visiting the temple. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. It’s a bit cramped with all the desks and the files we have to keep, but it feels like home to us. You can usually hear the temple bells or the sounds of the local market from our doorway. We spend our time booking trips and helping people figure out their travel plans. It’s mostly just us and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't have any fancy mission statements or polished brochures. We just talk to people, see what they need, and try to find a way to make it happen. Sometimes we sit outside on the step when it’s sunny to get a bit of air. Gandhinagar is a nice area, and being near Bansi Mandir means there is always a bit of peace nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency out there; we are just happy doing our work and helping out the locals who stop by. We’ve been here for a good amount of time, and most of our regular customers are more like friends now. We just keep things simple, do our jobs, and go home to our families at night.
