Asl Tutorials is tucked away at number 47 in the Rani Park area of Kachi Chawni. It’s a busy part of Srinagar, and we have been at this spot for quite a bit of time now. The building is one of those older structures that has seen a lot of people come and go. Inside, we have set up the rooms with enough space for students to sit comfortably, though it can get a bit tight during the peak exam months. We don't really have a big reception or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at the main desk near the entrance handling the registers. The walls are mostly covered with old posters and some notices about the weekly schedule. Kachi Chawni is a central spot, so it makes it easy for the kids to get here after their regular school hours. We open up early to make sure the place is swept and ready. The light in the rooms is okay, but we added some extra lamps last year because the winter afternoons get dark so fast. Most of the parents around here just drop in to chat about how their children are doing. It’s a very local feel. We don't use any fancy computer systems for tracking everything; we still prefer the old notebooks and pens. It feels more real that way.
