Anand Auto Industry

Our shop, Anand Auto Industry, is tucked away in Street No-1 over in the Jammu Colony area. If you know where Bhatha Bhagat Singh is, then you are basically right there. It is a small street and sometimes it gets a bit blocked with scooters or people moving stuff around. We have been working out of Shop No-B-17-2457 for quite some time now. It’s not a large place but we make use of every inch of space we have. Most of our day is spent handling the machines and checking the parts we make. It’s noisy work and our hands are usually covered in grease by noon. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room, just the workshop floor and a small desk for the paperwork. Neighbors drop by sometimes just to say hello while they are passing through the colony. It feels like a real community here. We grew up around these parts so we know the shortcuts and the people. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but we just use that time to tidy up the tools or sweep the floor. It is a straightforward business. We don't try to be anything we are not. Just a local shop doing auto work in a crowded neighborhood. It is what we know how to do. There is always a lot of work to finish before the sun goes down and we try to stay on top of it.
