Amar Roller Flour Mills

We've been running Amar Roller Flour Mills for quite some time now over in the Industrial Extension Area. If you head down to Phase 3 in Gangyal, you'll find us right there among the other industrial setups. It is usually pretty loud because of the rollers and the heavy machinery we have going most of the day. My day starts early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get everything ready for the first loads of grain. People around here know us for just doing the work and not making a big fuss about it. The air inside always has that smell of ground wheat, which I’ve grown used to after all these years. We deal with local suppliers mostly. The floor gets dusty no matter how much we sweep it, but that's just part of the job when you're milling flour. Sometimes the trucks get backed up on the road outside our gate, especially during the harvest season when everyone is in a hurry. We just try to get the bags filled and moved out as fast as we can. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so you might see my cousins or my brother-in-law helping out with the loading. We don't have a big office or anything, just a small desk where we keep the ledger. It's basic work, but it keeps the local shops stocked up. We've seen the area change a lot since we first set up in Gangyal, but the mill stays pretty much the same.
