We are located out in Phase-1 of the Igc Sambha, right inside the Sidco Industrial Complex. You’ll find us on Lane-A. Being in an industrial area like this means it's always loud and there’s always a truck backing up somewhere. We handle cement, so things can get pretty dusty around the yard. It’s not a glamorous job, but cement is needed for everything, so we stay busy. Shirdee Cement Corporation isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle the heavy bags and keep the inventory straight. Some days the weather makes things difficult, but we manage to get the loads out anyway. The industrial complex has its own community of workers, and we all kind of look out for each other. We’ve been here long enough that we know the shortcuts through the complex and which trucks can fit down which lanes. Our setup is basic—just a place to store the stock and a small spot to handle the paperwork. We don't go in for big speeches or fancy marketing. We just tell people what we have in stock and when it can be moved. It’s practical, everyday work. We show up, we do the job, and we go home. That’s how it’s been for years, and it works for us. There is no need for anything more than that.
