Divyani Int. Ltd.(Pizza Hut)

Our office is at House Number 305 on Master Lane in the T. Tillo Bohri area of Jammu. This is where the management for the local Pizza Hut operations under Divyani Int. Ltd.(Pizza Hut) happens. It’s not the restaurant itself, so you won’t find any ovens or the smell of baking bread here, just a lot of desks and people on laptops. The lane outside can be a bit narrow, so parking is always a headache for the delivery bikes and the staff coming in for meetings. Inside, it’s mostly about scheduling shifts and looking at the sales numbers from the different branches. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own tea, but we usually end up ordering from the store when we get hungry during the late shifts. The walls have some old posters on them, and the floor is just plain concrete. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the evening rush is being planned out. We have a lot of young staff coming in and out, checking their schedules or picking up their uniforms for the week. Bohri is a lively part of Jammu, and we feel right in the thick of it. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a house that we’ve turned into an office to keep the business running. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all have to wait to upload the reports, which gives us a chance to talk. It’s a practical place.
