National Hydroelectric Development Corporation Ltd.

This office is based in a regular DDA flat in Munirka, South Delhi. It is a busy residential area, and our spot at E-3-G is where we handle the coordination for the National Hydroelectric Development Corporation. It is a simple setup, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in other parts of the city. We have been in this flat for a while, and it works well for the small team we have here. There are files everywhere and the phones are always ringing with updates from different project sites. Since we are in a DDA colony, it feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and see people working at their desks. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, especially when we have meetings, but it gets the job done. Munirka is a central place, so it is easy for people to reach us, though parking can be a real headache. We focus on the administrative side of the hydro projects. It is a lot of data entry and talking to contractors. We don't make a big deal out of it. It is just our daily work routine in this little corner of Delhi. We try to keep things moving as best as we can without any unnecessary complications. It's a modest place but we manage to stay very busy with all the paperwork that comes across our desks.
