Dalmia Cement

We spend most of our time at the site in Kadappakati, right in the Remamuvu area. It is a lot of heavy lifting and moving bags around. People come by for Dalmia Cement when they are working on their houses or small buildings nearby. The yard is usually quite busy in the early mornings when it is still cool enough to work without sweating too much. We know the guys who drive the delivery trucks pretty well by now. They pull in and we get to work loading them up. It is not a fancy office or a polished showroom. Just a regular place where we keep the stock and help folks with what they need. Most days are long and can be a bit tiring. By the time noon rolls around, the sun is really hitting the corrugated roof and it gets hot inside. We just keep going until we finish the last order for the day. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy because of the dust, but we manage to get it sorted eventually. If you are looking for us, we are right there in the Kadappakati area. It has been like this for quite some time. We don’t really do any big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just know where we are located and stop in. We have a few guys who help with the heavy lifting and the general upkeep of the shed. The floor always has a layer of grey dust on it. It’s just the way it is for us.
