Our business, Unimax Medical Equipments Supplier, is located in the Kamrangaguri Satellite Township in Jalpaiguri. Gopen Sarkar is the one in charge of the premises. We aren't a clinic where you go to see a doctor. Instead, we are more of a supply hub. Our space is usually filled with boxes of all sizes containing various medical tools and gear. It’s a bit of a maze in here sometimes. The township is a relatively quiet place, which is good for when the delivery trucks come in to pick up orders. We spend most of our time checking off lists and making sure the right equipment goes to the right hospital. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving things around and keeping the inventory straight. We have a small office area with a couple of desks that are usually covered in invoices. It isn't a place for walk-in customers to browse. We mostly deal with other businesses and medical facilities. The building itself is just a regular house that we use for our operations. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering calls to packing boxes. We have been working out of this Jalpaiguri location for a while now. It’s a steady, unglamorous job, but it’s important for keeping the local clinics stocked up. We don't have any fancy signage or a big lobby. It’s just a warehouse and office where we get the work done.
