Sow Reap

Our office is located in Meenaar Appartment, specifically Flat No-2D on the first floor. We are in the Babu Para neighborhood, which is a pretty quiet residential area for the most part. Sow Reap is our small venture, and we run everything from this apartment. It feels more like a home than an office sometimes, which we actually like. We have our desks set up in the main room, and the kitchen is right there when we need a tea break. We spend most of our time on the computer or on the phone, trying to grow what we’ve started. Being on the first floor is convenient since we don't have to wait for the lift all the time. The neighbors are nice, and we try to keep the noise down so we don't bother anyone. It’s a simple life here. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who are committed to making this work. We started Sow Reap with just a basic idea and we’ve been trying to see it through ever since. It’s been a lot of learning on the fly. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate policies. We just try to be decent people and do our work well. Babu Para is a good place for us because it’s calm enough to actually get things finished. We just keep our heads down, do our chores, and hope for the best with each new day.
