Snmr Fab India Private Limited is situated in a place called Mohitnagar, specifically in Kumar Para. We are located at the premises of Radheshyam Gupta in Jalpaiguri. This is a bit different from the big city offices you see in places like Kolkata. Out here, things move at a slightly slower pace, which we actually prefer. Our setup is simple and honest. We work out of a space that feels more like a part of the community than a cold corporate office. Being in Jalpaiguri means we are surrounded by a lot of greenery and the air feels a bit fresher. Our work involves a lot of fabric and textile handling, and we take it one day at a time. Some days we are very busy with local orders, and other days we spend time organizing the warehouse. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. People around here know who we are and they know where to find us if they need anything. We have a small staff and we all know each other’s families. It feels more like a small group of neighbors working together than a company. We just focus on our daily tasks and then go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a quiet life in Kumar Para, and that suits us just fine.
