We are located in Ward No 36 over in Ramnagar Colony. It’s right by the NJP Railway Station Compound, so we hear the trains coming and going all day long. Being this close to the station in Bhaktinagar means we see a lot of tired faces looking for a way to get to their next stop. The office is a basic place where we sit and talk to travelers. We’ve been operating from this part of Siliguri for quite some time. It can get very crowded around the station area, especially during the holiday seasons when everyone is heading to the mountains. We spend most of our time on the phone or talking to drivers about pickup times. There isn't any fancy corporate stuff going on here, just a few of us trying to keep things moving. The walls are covered with some old maps and a calendar that’s usually marked up with dates. It’s a bit noisy with the station traffic, but it’s a good spot to be if you need to help people moving through Siliguri. We don't make big promises, we just try to find a car or a room that fits what someone needs. Ramnagar Colony is a quiet enough residential pocket, but being near the NJP compound keeps us on our toes. It’s just daily life for us, managing trips and helping out whoever walks in.
