R.Ray & Co. (Chattered Firm)

R.Ray & Co. is based up in Jalpaiguri. Specifically, we are at Chandra Shashi Vila in the Silpasamiti Para area. We are located care of Asit Baran Roy. It’s a bit different being in Jalpaiguri compared to the big city. The pace is a little slower, but the work is just as important. The office is in a house-like building, which makes it feel quite personal and welcoming. We handle all sorts of accounting tasks, from basic bookkeeping to more complex tax matters. The area around Silpasamiti Para is mostly residential with some businesses mixed in. We’ve been here for a while and most people in the neighborhood know where the villa is. Inside, there are several desks and many shelves filled with client files. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, papers seem to be everywhere. Our team is small, mostly locals from the district. We don't have a big corporate structure. If you need something, you just talk to us directly. It's a practical, no-nonsense environment. We spend our days looking through figures and making sure everything is in order. The weather here can be quite rainy, so sometimes we’re stuck inside working while it pours. It’s just a regular CA firm doing its best for the people and businesses in Jalpaiguri. We don't do anything fancy, just the work we know how to do.
