New Sikim Travels

We’ve got our office on Station Road in the Bhaktinagar area of Siliguri. It’s a place that sees a lot of travelers because of the location. New Sikim Travels has been around here for quite a while. We don't have a flashy storefront or anything like that. It's just a simple room where we handle the bookings and talk to the drivers. Most of our days are spent figuring out schedules for people heading towards Sikkim or other nearby places. The road outside can be very noisy with all the rickshaws and buses, but we’re used to it by now. We don’t really bother with big marketing plans or fancy brochures. Most people who come to us are just locals or travelers who need a way to get to the next town. We keep our records in big books and sometimes on the computer when it’s working right. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but our work stays pretty much the same. If you are near Bhaktinagar or walking along Station Road, you will probably see our sign. You can just walk in and ask about whatever travel plans you have. We’re usually there from the morning until the sun goes down, just trying to help people get where they need to go. It's a busy life here near the station, but we like it this way.
