Milkies Bite Traders operates out of a quiet spot in the New Town area of Jalpaiguri. Specifically, we are set up at Rina Sarkar’s place. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which is nice compared to the really crowded parts of town. We spend our days dealing with various food trades and snacks, mostly stuff that people like to munch on. The office isn't very big, but it serves its purpose for the trading work we do. Living and working in Jalpaiguri means things move at a certain pace, and we just go along with it. We don't really have a big team, just a few people making sure orders are processed and the logistics don't get too messy. Some days are slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the ledgers, while other days are a bit of a scramble when a big shipment is expected. It's funny how New Town has grown over the years, and being part of the local business community here feels pretty normal. We aren't trying to do anything grand. We just trade what we can and try to keep the business running without too many headaches. We probably need a bigger space eventually, but for now, this works out just fine for us.
