Rejiwana Bibi and Sk Kutubuddin are the names you’ll hear around here. It’s more of a family-run kind of thing than a big company. We handle estate matters, which keeps us pretty busy most days. Being in Jalpai, you get used to the slower pace of life. It’s not like the big cities. People stop by to talk about land or just to say hello. The office is just a simple room with some chairs and a lot of registers. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or anything like that. That’s just not how we do things in Nandigram. We’ve been at A-56Vii for a good while now. The sun gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the outdoor stuff done early. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just help people with their estate work and try to keep everything organized. It’s practical, everyday work. You won’t find any corporate talk here. Just Sk Kutubuddin and the rest of us making sure the papers are in order. Nandigram is a small world, and we are just happy to be a part of it, doing our bit every day.
