We have our office set up on the first floor of Metro Heights, right across from Club Town on Sevoke Road. It’s a pretty well-known area in Siliguri, so people usually don't have a hard time finding us. The road outside is always packed with cars and people going about their business. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, but not by much. We are mostly focused on infrastructure work in this part of the state. It involves a lot of planning and even more time spent out in the field. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who have been doing this for a long time. Our desks are usually covered in blueprints and notes from different sites. We don't spend much on advertising; we just rely on people seeing what we do. Sometimes things don't go exactly as planned, maybe a machine breaks down or a delivery is late, but we just figure it out. That’s how this business works. We like being centrally located because it makes it easier to reach different parts of the city. Most of our days are spent on the phone or driving between locations. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We try to be straightforward with everyone we work with and just get the project finished. It keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
