Happy Journey Tourism is right on Station Road in Bhaktinagar. It’s a bit of a funny spot because we are technically near the border of Jalpaiguri and Siliguri. Being near the station means we see a lot of people coming and going. We started this because we knew the area well and people always need help with their travels. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done. We handle bookings for trains, cars, and whatever else people ask for. Some days are long, especially when there are delays or changes to deal with. We just try to keep things moving. The address on Station Road is easy to remember since everyone knows the Bhakti Nagar station area. We've got our routine down now. We don't use fancy brochures much, just tell people the facts. It’s mostly about getting the timing right. People around here trust us because we’ve been around. We aren't a corporate chain, just a local business trying to make a living. The traffic outside can be noisy, but inside we just focus on the computer screens. If someone needs a trip planned, they just sit down and we talk it through.
