Out here in Siliguri, we are set up at 71/7 Gour Abasan. Our building is on Satyajit Roy Road in the Surya Nagar area. It’s a bit different than the big city offices. Things move at a slightly different pace here in West Bengal. We handle the appliance side of things for the local region. The office is pretty straightforward. We have a small team of local people who know the area well. Most of us have been living in Siliguri for years. We deal with refrigerators, washing machines, and all those types of things that people need for their homes. The Surya Nagar neighborhood is usually busy with people going about their business. We start early and try to get the deliveries sorted before it gets too late. The road outside can get a bit narrow when the big trucks come through. We don't have any fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just a place to get the job done. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through the inventory lists. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially during the monsoon season, but we keep the office open. It’s just a regular workplace for regular people. We are just part of the local community here, trying to keep the home appliances side of things running smoothly for everyone in town.
