Our office is on the first floor of 46, Sree Maa Sarani. It’s right near the Sree Maa Academy in the Hyderpara part of Siliguri. If you’re coming from the main road, it’s not too hard to find. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step going up, especially if you're carrying things. Being in Siliguri, we get a lot of rain, and sometimes the street gets a bit muddy and damp, but that’s just how it is in this part of West Bengal. The Hyderpara area is usually busy with people going to work or school. We have some decent light coming in through the front windows, which is nice in the mornings before it gets too humid. There’s a lot of paper moving around here, and the fans are almost always running to keep the air moving. We don’t have any big corporate banners or anything. It’s just a plain room with some chairs for people to wait and a few old tables. Sometimes the traffic noise from Sree Maa Sarani gets a bit loud, especially during the afternoon rush when the school lets out. We just keep our heads down and get through the files. It feels like a very local spot. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to ask questions or get some help with forms. It’s a straightforward setup. We’ve been at this Hyderpara location for a long time now.
