We are located at Janaki Mention, which is at 21/2, Milesevoke Road. Ckim Promoters Llp is the name on the door. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We deal with property promotion and getting things built or sold. Milesevoke Road is a place we know inside and out. The building, Janaki Mention, has its quirks, but it works for us. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small team. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at site visits. The work is mostly about making sure things get done when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to figure out how to fix it. That's just part of the job. We don't have fancy brochures. We just talk to people and show them what we are working on. Being a promoter means we have to know the local regulations well. We try to stay on top of all that.
