Banik Tin Smith

Banik Tin Smith is our small shop over on Pandapara Road. We are really close to the Congress Office, which is usually the easiest way for people to find us. If you are near the Kotwali police station, you are pretty much there already. It is a busy little area with a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. The shop itself isn't very large but it fits everything we need for our daily work. You can hear the sounds of the road all day long while we are inside. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded on the street outside, especially near the post office area. We just keep our doors open and do our thing. Being near the Congress Office means everyone knows the landmark. The building is old and has a lot of character. We do not have any big signs or bright lights. It is just a regular local business. We see the same neighbors every morning when we open up. It feels like a tight community here in this part of town. Most people just stop by when they are passing through the neighborhood for something else. It is a simple setup we have going. We deal with the usual ups and downs of a small workshop. It gets hot in the summer but we have a fan that helps a bit. That is just life for us here.
