We are located in Arabinda Pally, which is part of Ward No. 22 in Siliguri. Our office is actually at Mrs. Ranu Mojumder’s place, UD3317. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it’s quieter than being right in the middle of the main market. Being in the Darjeeling district, the weather is usually nice, though it gets rainy. We do HR consulting, which basically means we help people find work and help companies find staff. It’s not very glamorous. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at resumes on the computer. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or by looking up the address. Siliguri is a hub for the whole region, so we get people coming in from all over. We try to be useful, but we don't make any big promises we can't keep. It's just a regular local business run out of a house. We have our files and our tea, and we just work through the day. Sometimes it’s busy, sometimes it’s slow. We’ve been here for a while and we know the area well. It’s a decent place to work. We just do our best to match folks with jobs that fit. Nothing more to it than that, really. It works for us.
