RIDHI SIDHI BUILDCOM (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED is located in Subhash Nagar in Sanchore. Labhu Ram, who is the son of Naina Ram Bishnoi, is the one running things here. We are a local outfit and we don't try to be anything else. Sanchore is a small place where your reputation matters more than a fancy office. We spend most of our time out in the field. Our office is just a place to store tools and do the occasional bit of accounting. We don't have a receptionist or a big sign outside. Most people find us through word of mouth. Building in this area means dealing with a lot of dust and heat. We have some old equipment that we keep running through sheer luck and constant repairs. It’s a hands-on business. Labhu Ram is often the first one at the site and the last one to leave. We don't write big reports or have long meetings. We just look at the site and decide what needs to be done next. Sometimes we run into delays with materials coming from the bigger cities, but we make do with what we have. It’s a practical way of working. We aren't interested in being the biggest company in India. We just want to do right by the people in Sanchore. If we build a wall, we want it to stay up for a long time. That’s about it for us.
