Rajesh Hardware is over at Peepli Chowk in Bhimal. If you’re looking for us, we’re right by the main crossing. It’s a noisy spot with all the traffic, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We keep the shop stocked with all the basic things like nails, hammers, pipes, and whatever else people around Bhimal might need for their houses. The shelves are pretty high and sometimes a bit disorganized, but we usually know where to find things. We don't have any computers for the inventory. We just look at the shelf and see what’s missing. Most of our customers are locals who come in for a single lightbulb or a few kilos of nails. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors who stop by. It’s not a fast-paced environment. We open early when the market starts to wake up. The floor is concrete and gets a bit cold in the winter. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things are slow. We don't do any big promotions or sales. We just sell things at a price that seems fair to us and the customers. If we don’t have what you want, we can usually order it in a few days. It’s a simple hardware store run by people who live right here in the area. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay helpful.
