Malviya Engineering

Malviya Engineering is situated at P.H-1/4 in the Riico Ind.Area. If you have ever been to a Riico area, you know exactly what it looks like. There are rows of sheds and units all doing different kinds of manufacturing. It’s a very practical place. There aren't many trees and the sun can be really hot on the metal roofs. We spend our time working on various engineering tasks. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning everywhere. It’s a workshop environment. You might find some grease on the floor or a bit of iron filings in the corners. That’s just how it is when you’re actually making things. The guys here are used to the noise of the machines. We start early in the morning to beat the worst of the heat. We don't have any big mission statements or posters on the wall. We just have our equipment and our projects. Sometimes the logistics of getting materials into the Riico area can be a bit annoying because of the truck traffic. But we manage. Most of the people working here live in the nearby town. We’ve been at this spot for a good while. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the engineering work, and go home. It’s not complicated, but it keeps us busy every day. We just keep the machines running and handle the work as it comes.
