You can find us on Bagoda Road in Jalore, right across from the Dharm Kante. Our office is at Bhanwar Lal’s place. Being near the weighbridge is actually pretty handy for a bunch of farmers like us. We are all small-scale growers from around the Jalore area. This company was formed because we were tired of struggling on our own. We meet up frequently to talk about things like fertilizer costs or which crops are doing well this year. The office isn't much to look at, just a room with some chairs and a lot of registers. It’s usually dusty because of the trucks passing by on Bagoda Road. We don't have any fancy titles or a corporate structure that makes no sense. We just talk like neighbors. If someone has a problem with their tractor or their harvest, we try to figure out a way to help. It’s a community effort more than anything else. Life in Jalore is tough, especially during the dry months, but having this group makes it feel a bit more manageable. We handle our own sales and try to get a decent price for the grain and seeds we produce. It’s straightforward work. No one here is looking to get rich quick, we just want to keep our farms going. Sometimes we sit late into the evening just discussing the weather. It's not a big corporation, just us folks from the local area trying to survive.
