Aarvi Encon Pvt. Ltd. is located out at Ips-3 in Dhansa. It’s a bit away from the main city centers, so it is generally quieter out here than in the industrial hubs. The building we occupy is pretty basic, just a standard professional space where we keep our desks and all our technical equipment. There isn't much in the way of shops or restaurants right next door, so we usually end up eating lunch together in the small break area we set up. We’ve got blueprints and technical charts pinned up on the walls, and there are always a few hard hats sitting on the rack by the door. The floor is that grey industrial tile that stays cold even when it’s warm outside. Most of our day is spent at the computers or on long conference calls that seem to go on forever. Sometimes we have to head out to different sites, so the office can feel a bit empty on those days. When we are all here, it’s a lot of quiet concentration punctuated by the sound of the printer going off. It is an honest, straightforward place to work. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just gets up and opens it. It’s a very simple way of doing things. The commute out to Dhansa can be long, but once we're here, it’s just about getting through the logs and the data.
