Raymond Diamond Tools

Our place is located in the first phase of the Riico Industrial Area, right at plot H-15. If you know this industrial zone, you know it’s a lot of factories and warehouses all lined up. We focus on diamond tools here. It’s a specific kind of work, and the machines are running pretty much all day long. The noise is just part of the environment when you work in an industrial area like this one. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a practical workspace where we get things done. Most of the time, we’re busy dealing with orders or checking the equipment to make sure everything is working right. The air feels like an industrial shop, and there’s always something being moved around on pallets. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s convenient for the trucks and the suppliers who come through RIICO. Sometimes the roads around here get a bit rough with all the heavy traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just focus on the tools we make and sell. When someone walks in, they usually know exactly what they are looking for, so we just get straight to it. It’s a simple setup, really. Just some desks for the paperwork and then the main area where all the actual work happens. We’ve been here for a bit and plan to stay.
