We operate out of Vadgaon Raniwara, which is a bit of a way out in Sanchore, Jalor. The office is officially under the care of Abimanyu Singh and Raghunath Singh Deora. It’s a local setup through and through. Working in build-infra in a place like Jalor is quite different from being in a big city like Jaipur or Delhi. The pace is slower, but the challenges are different, like getting materials out to remote sites or dealing with the dry weather. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We’re a smaller LLP and we like it that way because we can actually keep track of what’s happening. The address is just a regular spot in the village area. You won't find any big neon signs pointing the way. Most of the people we work with are locals who have known the family for years. We do a lot of driving between Sanchore and the various sites we have going on. It’s a lot of dusty roads and long days under the sun. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on the infrastructure work that needs doing in this part of Rajasthan. It’s hard work, and it’s often dirty work, but it’s what we do every day without much complaint. We just take each project as it comes and try to do right by the people here.
