White Ladders Infrastructure India is based out of House Number 295 in Shankar Nagar. This is in the Old Jalna area, which has a different feel compared to the newer parts of town. We are running things out of a house, so it’s a very informal and local vibe. You won’t find any glass walls or big signs here. Just a regular place where we keep our tools, plans, and the records for the infrastructure work we handle. It gets quite hot in Jalna during the summer months, so we usually try to get our site visits done very early in the morning before the sun really starts hitting. The neighbors know us, and we are just part of the community here in Shankar Nagar. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating with workers and trying to find the best materials we can get locally. Sometimes the internet is slow or the road outside is blocked for a local function, but we just work around it. Our focus is just on getting the work done without much fuss. We’ve been at this for a while and running the business from this house helps us stay connected to the real work happening on the ground. It’s practical and it suits us just fine. We have a couple of desks set up in the front room and that’s where all the planning happens.
