Vsk Jewels & Gem Private Limited is located over on Kacheri Road in the Old Jalna area. Our address is 3-10-51, right in the heart of the town. Jalna isn't a huge city, but this part of it stays pretty active with the local trade. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our display area and a back room for the records. The building itself is an older style, typical for this part of Maharashtra. We don't go in for big advertisements or loud signs. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. It gets pretty dusty out on Kacheri Road when the wind picks up, so we spend a lot of time cleaning. We aren't a massive operation, just a handful of people making sure the shop stays open and the stock is accounted for. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and keep going. It’s a simple life running a business in a place like Jalna. We know the faces of the people who walk past our door every morning. It’s nice having that connection to the street. We stay open until the evening when the shops around us start to close up. It’s just how we work. We don't think about much else besides the day's tasks and making sure the door is locked at night.
