You can find us in Anandnagr, Nanded. Vidhyadham is basically just a local place where students come to study together. I started this because I felt that kids in our part of town needed a place to go that wasn't too far from home. Walking to class shouldn't be a chore. We have students of all ages coming through the doors at different times of the day. The morning batch is usually quieter, while the evening one is a bit more energetic. I spend most of my day sitting at the small desk near the entrance or standing by the blackboard. It's a simple setup. We don't use any high-tech gadgets or complicated systems. We just use textbooks and pens. Most of the parents here in Anandnagr know us by name, which is nice. It makes the whole thing feel more like a community effort than a business. There’s always a bit of dust because of the construction nearby, but we don’t mind it much. We just focus on the lessons. If a student is failing a subject, we spend extra time with them. There's no magic trick to it, just repetition and patience. I’ve seen kids grow up from primary school all the way through their finals while coming here. It’s rewarding in a quiet way. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day. It is just a normal part of life here.
