Vbi Standard Bakery Cluster Foundation

Our foundation is located right on Kacheri Road in the Old Jalna area. The address is 3-10-51, and it’s right in the thick of things. If you’ve been to Old Jalna, you know it’s a place where the streets are narrow and there is always something going on. Being a bakery cluster foundation, we are usually surrounded by the smell of flour and yeast. It’s a very practical kind of place. The office is really just a base for all the local bakers to coordinate. We have some wooden tables and benches where we sit and talk about grain prices or oven repairs. It’s not polished at all. The floor is concrete and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just write down what needs to be done on a chalkboard or in a ledger. Kacheri Road is always busy with people going to the government offices nearby, so there is a constant stream of noise from outside. We like being in the heart of the old town because that’s where the history of the local trade is. It’s a bit dusty and the traffic is a mess, but it’s home for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on making sure the bakery business stays steady for everyone involved. Sometimes we share a batch of fresh bread when a member brings some in to try out.
