Uma Steel Social Foundation

Our place is located in Ajantha Nagar, specifically at House Number 1992/7. We are right near the Raj Mangalkaryalya in Jalna. It’s a local neighborhood, not a big business district or anything like that. We started the Uma Steel Social Foundation because there was a need for it. The building is just a regular house that we use for our operations. Most people in Jalna know the landmark nearby, so it’s not too hard to find us if you’re looking. It’s a quiet area for the most part, except when there are events at the hall next door. We have a small team here. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just use the space we have to get things done. Sometimes the internet is a bit spotty, but we manage. We aren't a big city office with glass walls. It's more of a community feel. We know our neighbors and they know us. The work keeps us busy enough throughout the day. We don't really do much advertising. People just find out about us through word of mouth or by seeing the sign outside the house. It’s a very grounded way to run things. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It’s just how things go here in Jalna. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s convenient for everyone involved. No need to move somewhere more expensive when this works just fine.
