We've been operating out of Sr. no 159 in Madhil Rajur for a while now. Most people around Bhokardan and Jalna know where to find us. It's a busy spot, but we like it that way. Being a Nidhi company means we mainly deal with our own members. It’s a group effort, really. We handle some savings and small loans when people in the community need a hand with their finances. It’s not a big corporate bank with glass walls. It’s just us in the office, sitting at our desks, working through the paperwork. Sometimes the fans are loud and the ledger takes a bit to balance, but we get it done. People walk in, say hello, and we talk about their accounts or whatever else is on their mind. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. Most of what we do is just straightforward record-keeping for the folks here. If someone needs to set aside a little money every month, they come by. We've seen kids grow up and start their own accounts too. It's just part of life here in Rajur. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a tea break around four. That’s when most of the neighborhood gossip happens anyway. We’re just local people trying to help other local people manage their daily cash flow without having to travel all the way into the big city centers.
