Tambe-Ubale Constructions Private Limited

We are located out in Dawargaon, which is near Dabhadi in the Badnapur area of Jalna. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from around here, specifically at G. No.236. Tambe-Ubale Constructions started because we saw a need for more building work in this part of Maharashtra. We are mostly local people working here. Our office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the tools and the papers organized. We spend a lot of time out on the roads between Jalna and the surrounding villages. Construction is hard work, especially when the weather is hot, but we’re used to it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how we get most of our jobs. People know us in Badnapur as the guys who show up and get the walls up. We handle the foundations and the finishing, depending on what the contract says. Sometimes we are working in the fields and other times closer to the town. It’s a mix of different types of building work. We grew up around here, so we know the land and the people well. Being in a rural area means you have to be practical. We just use what we have and do the best we can with the materials available. It’s a simple life but it keeps us busy every day. We just try to get things done without making a fuss.
