Sillod is a smaller place compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune, but there is still plenty of construction work going on around here. We mostly deal with building things and managing different plots of land. It is a local business and most of us who work here are from around this area. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that, we just show up every morning and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get much done on the actual site, especially when it gets really hot in the summer, but we manage to keep things going. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and making sure we have what we need for the current jobs we are handling. It is a lot of practical, hands-on work that requires a lot of patience. Not every day is exciting, and there is a lot of routine stuff like checking measurements and talking to the crew on site. We have been operating from this location for some time now and it works well for us. Just a regular bunch of people doing construction work in our corner of the world.
