Somani Clinic

Somani Clinic is a local spot in Nanded, located right at Pavadewadi Naka. If you live in Nanded, you probably know the Naka is a busy junction with lots of traffic and noise. There is always a lot of activity outside our door, from rickshaws honking to people walking to the nearby shops. The clinic itself is quite small and doesn't have any of those fancy modern designs. It’s just a place with some chairs, a desk, and the medical supplies we need for the day. We have been here for a good while, so most of our neighbors know us well. We see the same faces every week, people coming in for small things or just to get their regular checkups. It gets a bit hot in the afternoon, and the waiting area can feel a bit small when more than two families show up at once. We don't have any polished marketing or a big sign. It’s just us doing the work that needs to be done. The staff is small, and we handle everything ourselves, from cleaning to talking to the people who come in. Nanded is growing fast and things are changing around Pavadewadi Naka, but the clinic stays the same. It’s a practical, no-frills place for the people in our part of the city. We just keep things moving and try to help out where we can.
