We are located on Chitanya Nagar Road in Nanded. Our office for Smart Group Associates And Civil Consultancy is right opposite Ruby Academy. It is a fairly straightforward place to find if you are in the 431601 area. Nanded is a busy town, and our spot on Chitanya Nagar Road is right in the middle of a lot of local growth. Being across from the academy means we see a lot of people coming and going, which makes the day pass by pretty quickly. We focus on civil consultancy, so our day is mostly filled with looking at site plans and dealing with the technical side of building things. It is not a very glamorous job, but it is necessary work for the area. The office is just a regular workspace where we keep our files and meet with clients who have projects going on. We don’t really believe in overcomplicating things, so we just talk to people plainly about what needs to be done. The neighborhood is okay, though the road can get a bit dusty when there is construction nearby. We have been here for a bit and have seen how Nanded has been expanding lately. It is interesting to see the new buildings going up around us while we work on our own projects.
