We are located over at Old Mondha, right by Mama Chowk. If you’ve ever been to this area, you know it’s where all the action happens with commodities. Shri Hanuman Commodity Trade Service Pvt. Ltd. isn't some new-age tech firm; we are just people who know the local trade. The office is right there in the mix of everything. It gets dusty sometimes when the trucks pass by, and the noise from the chowk is constant. We’ve grown used to it over the years. Our daily life involves a lot of talking to traders and keeping track of what’s coming in and going out. It’s not a flashy job, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People usually just walk in and we start talking business. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather isn't too hot. Dealing with commodities means you have to stay on your toes, but we take it one day at a time. The building itself has seen better days, I suppose, but it’s sturdy enough for our needs. We have a few desks, some old ledgers, and a lot of phone lines. It’s a local operation through and through. Everyone around Mama Chowk knows everyone else, so word travels fast. We just focus on the trading and let the rest take care of itself. There is always a lot to do before the market closes for the day.
