Radha Krishna Textiles

You have to head down to the lower ground floor at F-426 in the Radha Krishna Textile Market to find us. It’s right on Ring Road, so you know how crazy the traffic and the crowds get around here every single morning. Radha Krishna Textiles is really just stacks of fabric and a few tables where we sort through everything. The lighting down here in the basement area isn't the brightest, but we know where every roll of cloth is kept. It gets pretty cramped when a new shipment comes in and we are tripping over bundles for a few hours. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to guys at the mills or trying to figure out where a late truck has ended up. It’s a lot of grey fabric and printed stuff piled up to the ceiling. We’ve got a small desk tucked in the corner where we handle the bills, but mostly we are on our feet moving things around. The market is always noisy with people shouting and loaders pushing their carts past the door. We usually start quite early before the sun gets too hot, though it stays cooler down here on the lower ground anyway. It’s just a regular textile shop doing what everyone else on Ring Road does, trying to get the orders out before the transport guys close for the day.
