Polysons Packaging

Out here in Shendra at Plot No D-97, we run Polysons Packaging. Being in the Five Star MIDC means we are surrounded by a lot of other factories and big industrial sheds. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but this is where we have the space to do our work. We spend most of our time around the packing machines and piles of cardboard or plastic materials. It gets pretty loud when everything is running at once in the morning. We aren't a big fancy company with a lobby or a receptionist. It’s mostly just us in our work clothes making sure the boxes are the right size and the rolls are packed tight for the trucks. Some days the power goes out or a machine acts up, and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We just handle the orders that come from other businesses nearby. The air out here is a bit dry, and there’s always some construction happening on the next plot over. We keep the floor as clean as we can, but it’s a factory, so there’s always some scrap to sweep up. We just focus on getting the work done and loading the vehicles before the sun goes down. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the details. That’s pretty much what we do every single day out here.
